customers. www.jollygreenhydroponics.com proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we 
are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. 

Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.


2. SHIPPING
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. Orders are not 
shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, 
shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If 
there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is 
correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window 
to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have 
provided an incorrect shipping address.


4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.


5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Jolly Green Hydroponics, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.


6. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO  RETURNS, NO REFUNDS

Purchases made through www.jollygreenhydroponics.com online store are immediately dispersed for separate vendors, shipping fees, and applicable state sales taxes. They are impossible to retrieve for refund, once payments have been finalized.

Consultants of Jolly Green Hydroponics & Consulting may suggest to our clients any probable solutions, including making their purchase from our online store. However, Jolly Green Hydroponics, LLC will also advise within this user agreement as part of our Terms & Conditions, the sole responsibility for purchasing decisions remains with the customer/client. All purchases from www.jollygreenhydroponics.com will produce a purchase receipt including the date of purchase, as documented proof to the manufacturer for purposes of warranty requests. All warranty request approvals will remain with the manufacturer at their sole discretion, based upon the evidence and the warranty policies therein. 

Manufacturers' warranties will take effect upon full purchase receipt, including shipping fees, and applicable state sales taxes.

Damages in shipping & delivery, factory defects, malfunctions & misalignments will be handled directly with the product manufacturer, Jolly Green Hydroponics, LLC is not obligated, but will assist in customer obtaining a return merchandise authorization RMA number from the manufacturer, after warranty request has been approved by the manufacturer along with necessary proof of purchase and delivery of the product/s.


7. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
In the event there are items which are out of stock www.jollygreenhydroponics.com will wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching. Back ordered items may ship separately, and separate shipping charges will also apply, unless it is requested to hold the entire order until back ordered items become available.

Shipping of multi item purchases may involve many separate corporate entities and manufacturers, causing many logistic barriers, and variable pricing. For this reason, most of our items are offered with the understanding that a separate shipping invoice will be sent to customer's inbox which must be paid in full before any shipments will be executed. 


8. IMPORT DUTY AND SALES TAXES
Jolly Green Hydroponics, LLC owner of  www.jollygreenhydroponics.com reserves the right under legal obligation to collect non-refundable, applicable state sales taxes, as well as, necessary international import/export duties/tariffs in addition to, but not limited to, a separate subtotal and shipping fee. Shipping fees are billed separately, to the customer, unless free shipping is offered.
