SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are packaged and shipped discreetly from "Jolly Green" or "Sunlight Supply". All U.S orders are shipped out on the SAME day or the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING:
For orders outside the Continental U.S., we will use our USPS/UPS/FedEX acount
ONLY. If you want to use your own shipping company, you may choose the "Local-Pick Up" delivery method, and make pick-up time arrangements with us, via email. However, we will not be held responsible for any damages or missing items that occur after the total order has left Jolly Green Hydro's possession. Likewise, we will not be held responsible for any international return shipping expenses, except in circumstances in which an electronic item was delivered to the customer in "factory defective condition", and returned to us within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days but within the manufacturer's Warranty period, the defective item must be returned, with original purchase receipt, directly to the manufacturer.
Return Policy for Non-Defective items:
30 day exchange period on all non-defective, warrantied products, with purchase receipt, and in the original packaging. If the item/s is unopened and not damaged, you will receive
store credit
for the purchase price, minus any shipping expenses. Buyers are responsible for the safe return of product/s and shipping charges back to Jolly Green Hydroponics. Special order items do not qualify for returns.
Return Policy for Defective Items:
30 day exchange period on all defective warrantied products with purchase receipt, and in the original packaging; After 30 days, send product to manufacturer with RMA# and reciept. Return Procedure: ALL Returns require an RMA number which can be obtained by e-mailing
info@jollygreenhydro.com
. Return packages WILL NOT be accepted without RMA# written on the outside of box.
Items That Arrive Damaged:
If your package arrives opened or damaged,
DO NOT ACCEPT IT! Immediately notify the shipper that you are refusing the package and give it back to the driver. We cannot accept returns on cracked or broken glass after delivery completion. Please check your arriving package/s thoroughly for damage, before signing.
