ORDER CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER:
Orders that are cancelled by the customer will incur a 20% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, both directions.
Gift Givers
Use any shipping address that you prefer. All orders are packaged and shipped discreetly from JOLLY GREEN or "Sunlight Supply". We utilize UPS, Fed EX, and certain independent Domestic Freight Carriers.
Signature will be required upon delivery on all orders over $100.

All Credit Card Payments will be processed by Jolly Green via PayPal, prior to order fulfillment.
BACKORDERS
Unfortunately, backorders happen from time to time, due to worldwide customer demand. This can overload the manufacturing of popular items. However, we have 6 major distribution centers throughout the United States to keep this problem to a minimum.
In the event that an item or items are on backorder, we will notify you via email, or any other method you specify in your profile; then you may choose either of the following option;
#1 Cancel the item/s, and refund the charge for the item/s back to you.
#2 Keep it on backorder, and notify you when it has been shipped out from one of our distribution centers, via UPS Ground (no extra charge) U.S. domestic only.
Your patience will be much appreciated.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR:
Dallas/FW Metroplex Customers: Cash, Credit Card or PayPal
When using our online checkout; you may choose the "Local Pick Up" shipping method, and even choose to "Pay In Person", to have your custom order fulfilled at our retail store in Dallas, Texas. If your items are not already in stock, we will have them shipped from any of our worldwide suppliers, straight to our retail store!!! Please allow at least 5 business days for custom order fulfillment. We will send you a status email to inform you of when your complete Custom Work Order has arrived, and is ready for you to pick up.
** Work Orders that subtotal over $500 will require a 50% minimum deposit, with cash, credit card, or money order. The remaining balance may be paid in person.
(You will receive an email requesting that a 50% deposit be paid up front, before the order will be processed for delivery to the store.)
We will notify you, via email, when an order has been considered completely fulfilled at the store, as well as, inform you of any backordered item/s in your shopping cart.
Your order will be fulfilled and kept ON HOLD for 5 business days, after you have been notified, via email, that an order has been considered completely fulfilled at the store; (NOT INCLUDING BACKORDERS).
On the 6th business day, your order will be stocked on the shelves for Walk-In Customers to purchase.
We will notify online cash customers, via email, of backordered item/s in their shopping cart; however, we will NOT be able to HOLD your entire order for the time duration that an item/s is on backorder. **
Unfortunately, items may be backordered for up to two weeks, depending on worldwide demand. At the customer request, we may refrain from processing your entire order, until the backordered items become available. Email correspondence is helpful in this instance. ***
Partial Payments up front or Cash Layaways, will ensure that the partially purchased items will remain ON HOLD for up to 10 business days after fulfillment, before being restocked on the shelves for the public.
Full Payments up front for an entire order, will ensure that the fully purchased items, will remain ON HOLD for up to 30 business days after fulfillment, before being restocked on the shelves for the public.

You might prefer our discreet UPS shipping method, to save you the second trip to Dallas, to pick up one or two backordered items. Just call us, or come into the store, to let a salesperson know what you want to do. Shipping charges will apply.
